If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
2 Products and Services
RY Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. acts as a professional system integrator and authorized distributor for various global industrial automation brands.
- All product specifications, compatibility details, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- For system integration, hardware matching, and software development services, specific project deliverables will be outlined in separate, formalized engineering contracts.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3 Warranties and Liability
Products distributed by us are covered by their respective original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranties. RY Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. provides technical support and facilitates warranty claims but does not assume independent liability for manufacturing defects.
In no event shall RY Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from equipment failure or system downtime.
4 Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RY Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. Custom software, control system designs, and electrical cabinet schematics developed during our engineering projects remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
5 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
